Brian is an entrepreneur in Austin, TX with a passion for turning ideas into products.  He co-founded Mass Relevance in 2011, and merged with Spredfast in 2014; he is currently the VP of Engineering at Spredfast. Spredfast brings science to the art of social, leveraging social data to improve traditional marketing for the world's most influential brands, media companies, and agencies. In early 2015, Spredfast won a Technical Emmy Award for their innovative work in the television industry; if you've ever seen a piece of realtime social content displayed on a TV show, it's almost certainly their technology that surfaced and delivered it to air.   Prior to Mass Relevance and Spredfast, Brian attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a BS in Computer Science. He moved to Austin to join Trilogy, a dotcom boom-era powerhouse, and has been addicted to the startup grind ever since.
