Noel Gauthier and Matt Anthony are co-founders of The Launch Werks where they specialize in designing and developing physical products for entrepreneurial companies. Most recently they have been working with Frameri eyewear on the design and manufacturing of their interchangeable glasses and lens system. They are also coordinators of Cincinnati Made's First Batch program which is a manufactured product accelerator that takes ideas from prototype to production in Cincinnati.  They are excited about the potential for Cincinnati to be a leader in physical product start-ups given the rich existing resources paired with a good flow of talent.
