After being made Chief Executive at Ann Summers, she transformed it into a multi-million pound business with a sales force today of over 7,000 woman as party organisers and almost 150 high street stores in the UK. Jacqueline is keen to support startups and runs a weekly Twitter campaign called #WOW to aid and support female startups.
