Aihui Ong (pronounced as i-we) is the CEO and Founder at LoveWithFood.com, a marketing and analytics platform that's disrupting the $60B snacks industry. Aihui graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and her first job was a software engineer at National Computer Systems/SingTel. She took the path less traveled to get into college. First, she dropped out of high school, starting working at 17, home schooled and then decided that she wanted to go to college to acquire a skill. Always looking for a new adventures, she decided to apply for jobs in the U.S. on sites like Monster.com and Hotjobs.com. Surprisingly, she was offered 7 jobs. Being young and broke, there’s really nothing much to lose, so she packed 2 luggage and left for the American shores in 1999. After exploring and living in Washington D.C, Orange County, Detroit, Los Angels, San Francisco, Pleasanton, Las Vegas, she can finally call Silicon Valley home - land of startups filled with entrepreneurs building their dreams. Love With Food was named by InStyle Magazine as Best of the Web for 2012 and is private-funded by VCs like 500 Startups, Teec Angel Fun and Great Oaks VC. Love With Food has also collaborated with celebrities like Andrew Zimmern and had him to curate a tasty and fun themed box named Weird, Wild and Wonderful.
