The Durban University of Technology (DUT) is a leading University of Technology in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. It was formed in 2002 following the merger of Technikon Natal and ML Sultan Technikon and it was initially known as the Durban Institute of Technology. It has five campuses in Durban, and two in Pietermaritzburg. In 2018, approximately 30400 students were enrolled to study at DUT. The University is one of 5 technical institutions on the African continent to offer Doctoral Degrees

The Get2Natural, (G2N) company was established by Noshile Dlamini and Phumelele Khumalo in Durban, South Africa in 2017. The main focus of the company is to create quality products that would help improve the appearance and function of problem hair, skin and nails in an effort to encourage both men and (especially) women to embrace their natural beauty. The G2N products contain special healthy ingredients, such as natural butters and oils, aromatherapy oils, and other health-boosting substances
Innovate Durban
Innovate Durban is a non-profit company aimed at stimulating innovation within the Durban region. Its focus is to support and promote innovation by creating platforms that will build and develop the innovation ecosystem in Durban. Innovate Durban was set up by the eThekwini Municipality 4 years ago in an effort to create a conducive environment for innovation. At the time, there was a lack of support for innovation and there was limited collaboration

DUT Entrepreneurial Centre and Desk
The Entrepreneurial Centre and Desk office was introduced by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof Sibusiso Moyo with the aim to support and mentor upcoming young student entrepreneurs seeing as it is hard to receive employment straight after their tertiary studies. By doing so this the office will help students have their own businesses and create more job opportunities for graduates who are unemployed which will contribute towards the economic growth
