Elisabeth Martínez has a degree in Communication, a Master in Marketing and a Senior Management Program (PADE) from IESE Business School. Elisabeth developed her career in different international companies and specialised in international sales.

For 12 years she was a strategic advisor to a family office, analysing, organising and implementing strategic plans as well as investments and financial services.

In 2013 she took the leap into the startup world and founded Conector Startup Accelerator along with another seven successful entrepreneurs (Carlos Blanco, Marc Vidal, Miguel Vicente, Gerard Olivé, Marc Ros, Risto Mejide y Xavier Verdaguer). Conector, with Elisabeth as CEO, accelerated more than 70 startups, 87% of wich are still operating.
