Working for leading communications agencies such as Ogilvy, Young & Rubicam and Wunderman, Wempy rose to become Global Business Director based in the United States.

Wempy works with the British royal family by serving as a mentor at its Pitch at Palace series, designed to elevate British and global entrepreneurship.
