Derek Andersen is the co-founder and CEO of Bevy. Bevy powers event communities for Salesforce, Atlassian, Asana, Duolingo, and others. Derek also co-founded Startup Grind, a community of over 600 Chapters in 120 countries designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. Derek previously worked at Electronic Arts. Derek lives in Palo Alto CA with his wife and four children.

Derek co-founded Startup Grind, a community of over 600 Chapters in 120 countries designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. Since 2012 Startup Grind has hosted 7,000 events for more than 250,000 people. In 2010 he co-founded Commonred which was acquired by Income.com. Derek also previously worked at Electronic Arts on games like Burnout and The Sims 3. Derek lives in Palo Alto CA with his wife and four children.

Dhiraj Mukherjee is one of the cofounders of the music identifying service, Shazam. He completed his Master's at Stanford University in 1997 and currently serves as the Head of Banking Innovation for Virgin Money in the United Kingdom. Prior to starting Shazam, Mukherjee worked in consulting for Bain & Company and as a Project Manager for Viant Corp.
Laura Urquizu, CEO and Partner of Red Points, is leading the worldwide innovation for online IP protection. Laura joined the initial founding team in 2014 and has led the company since its infancy. Red Points is the game-changer in online brand protection, online copyright protection, and the prevention of illegal online content distribution. Sales have grown exponentially under Laura’s leadership with the company surging from 10 to 170 people. She is leading the way for global adoption of Red Points’ technology and continues to bolster worldwide sales throughout Europe and the United States. Previously, Laura held executive and management positions in Arthur Andersen, Caja Navarra, and Corporacion CAN. In addition, she was the Advisor for the Board of Directors and Corporate Development at Lokku as well as being appointed to numerous Boards across European technology companies. Laura holds a Masters in Management Development from IESE for Caja Navarra and an Economics degree from Universidad del Pais Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. In August 2018, Red Points was named one of the hottest European start-ups to follow by Wired (world reference publication in technology) and in October, CEO, Laura was included in the “50 most influential women entrepreneurs and investors in the European Technology Industry.
Casey is a serial entrepreneur who Cofounded and grew Couchsurfing.com to a community of more than 15 million members. He founded Upstock - a way to modernise the antiquated stock option system by offering a replacement that is simple, fair and inspiring to everyone. He has also built Wonder, a 360 peer feedback app and Mastly, equity as a service. Justin has a passion for building talented, diverse teams and bringing groundbreaking ideas to life.
Carlota has more than 15 years in the Energy field in Spain, US and Germany, both in generation and commercialization of electricity and gas. She was Professor of Efficiency and Renewable Energy at University of Barcelona.
