About this event

In times like these, business and personal life have slowed down massively by the pandemic. It is omnipresent in the news and forces us to take a step back and do things we normally don't have time for.

This is also a good opportunity to take a step back from your business and re-evaluate your expansion plans for the coming years:

The Chinese market is one of the world's most important markets for German companies and for years now, Germany and China show a history in supply and exports. Following the 2008 financial crisis, when most of Europe was suffering, Germany kept itself rather unscathed thanks to a strong export-orientated economy and partly thanks to China.

As China is recovering from the pandemic faster than the rest of the world, Germany might end up tying itself closer to the economic giant than before the crisis. Thus, we will discuss following topics below during our Webinar:

 1. Should China be on German companies' expansion list? 中国应该在你的扩张名单上吗?

2. What are the risks and opportunities in the post-epidemic economy? 流行后经济中的风险和机遇是什么?

3. How can you prepare for a successful market entry in China? 你如何为成功进入中国市场做准备?

4. What is the attitude of Chinese Metropolis like Shanghai towards German startups? 上海的中国大都市对德国初创公司的态度是什么?
