Jeani was born and bred in Bloemfontein.

Studying at Kovsies and CUT, Jeani completed her studies in marketing and design and began her career as a graphic designer at Xpozure Advertising.

Moving into the corporate sphere, Jeani joined OFS Smart Repair in 2005 where she today heads-up the OFS Team (alongside her brother and business partner, Gysie Pienaar) and is responsible for all things operational with a strong focus on Brand, Marketing, PR and client liaison.

Always intrigued by all things brand, Jeani furthered her specialist studies in Social Media at UCT and thereafter focused intensely on the digital marketing strategy of OFS Smart Repair.

As the Brand custodian and Digital marketing Head of the Smart Repair Group, Jeani has since been invited to give a specialist honours lecture at the UFS on Social Media and Digital Marketing strategy, a TEDtalk (How to translate likes into sales) and has been featured as a guest speaker on various marketing expert, business and student panels.
