Masego Moncho is the managing director of MSG IT Solutions which is in partnership with Global Telecommunication companies. She is very passionate about the industry and also participate as a National and Provincial executive of Black IT forum and Black Management Forum. A graduate in Information Technology from Central University of Technology Free State, one the best Innovative University in the country. She draws inspiration from Professor Masinde. 

Through Cisco academy which is based in Bloemfontein, she capacitates and equips youth across the country with international skills and certifications which are highly required in the industry. Through her many initiatives she ensures that more women are equipped  and employed in the IT space.
