Joey  Mamgcina Horing is a certified recruitment consultant who owns Green Express Cafe in Bloemfontein. She is also the COO of Re-Fihlile Trading a distribution and business solutions company. Joey is also the Managing Director of DRIP Solutions a construction, recruitment & distribution company. Joey is also an aspiring author of (still busy writing) #SleepingwiththeBoss.

Being a female in a male dominated industry is a daily challenge, but Joey is up for it. Being hands-on with the day-to-day activities at home and with the kids she needed to make a decision that will comply with her lifestyle and schedules. Choosing to be independent and self-sufficient was the only way to go. She continues to do business where she funds herself; no tenders, no government assistant just pure drive and determination. Building your own empire enables you to empower your children and their children. Leaving a legacy is what matters most to Joey.
