Sivenathi is the founder of iThenga Sales Solutions (PTY) Ltd, host of Winning Equation podcast and Sellers Space podcast. Sivenathi helps entrepreneurs and businesses grow their sales and take their businesses to the next level. He also educates and trains people through his platforms. He helps businesses and entrepreneurs grow their sales through coaching, consulting and training. He hosts a podcast where he interviews leaders and entrepreneurs to create access to guidance from other leaders.

Sivenathi’s mission is to help build the next generation of business leaders. He has a BSc Honours in Microbiology from the University of Fort Hare. He is a scientist who turned into an entrepreneur and he enjoys discovering new South African content creators. He’s interviewed leaders like the founding director of Africa Crowdfunding Association, WBAF International Partner and other business leaders. Sivenathi has been in the executive committee of The Breakfast Club – Toastmasters for over a year as the PR manager. Before founding his sales agency, he worked in sales for over three years.
