In March, we’re looking forward to welcoming Dominic Monkhouse of Foundry Media to Startup Grind Bournemouth, where he’ll be talking to us about successfully scaling a technology business. Dominic will be sharing his wealth of knowledge with us including his experience of scaling up two UK technology businesses to over £25 million in a period of just 5 years. At Rackspace, Dominic took annual revenue from £0.5 million to £25 million in less than 5 years and at Peer 1, he built the UK business from zero to £30 million and the global business from $90 million to $200 million in a similar time frame.
Customer service and company culture have been at the heart of Dominic’s success and over the years he has identified a number of key areas that should be priorities for any business planning on scaling up, so Andrew will be asking about and exploring these in detail.
In this interactive fireside chat, Dominic will be covering:
Unique challenges to scaling up a technology business
The importance of company culture and environment
How to maintain agility as you scale
