Rav is an award-winning diversity champion who left a 20-year consultancy career to follow her passion to help women gain the skills they needed to enter and progress in careers in the tech sector. She founded Structur3dpeople to support companies with their diversity and recruitment goals. She is also Founder of Cajigo, a mobile learning platform that provides mentoring to support girls and women into technology, engineering and digital careers.

Rav has been recognised by industry for her continuous efforts in helping to increase the female talent pipeline.
