Christine Bird is the co-founder of Plum and focuses on all aspects of sales, business development, partnerships, and growth. Caitlin MacGregor is the CEO and Co-founder of Plum, and handles investment, operations, and product management.
Christine is a Co-founder of Plum. She focuses on all aspects of sales, business development, partnerships, and growth. Before Plum, Christine was Executive Vice President at GoQ, which specialized in the implementation and education of communication software. Christine speaks internationally on Plum topics including hiring, psychometrics, and networking best practices.
Caitlin MacGregor is the CEO and Co-founder of Plum. Plum is Caitlin third startup, where she maintains the vision and direction of Plum, handles investment, operations, and product management. She recently closed almost $2 million of investment to fuel Plum's growth. Before Plum, Caitlin was Employee #1 and Director of Operations for Me to We Style in Toronto and was President of goQ software in New Hampshire.
Plum is a SaaS hiring solution that matches employers and applicants using cutting-edge behavioral science. Plum is a graduate of Google Blackbox, Communitech, Springboard Enterprises and the CTA NYC program. Plum 2015 winners in the 43North Buffalo Pitch Competition and winners of the 2015 Gold Stevie Award for Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Human Capital Management Solution.
