Călin Văduva is the Founder and CEO of Fortech, one of the largest IT outsourcing companies from Cluj-Napoca. Prior to founding Fortech in 2003, Calin worked in the field of software development in Greece and Japan, and acted as CTO in an outsourcing company. He also activated as Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, teaching Java and Oracle technologies.
