We had a major unplanned HOLY SHIFT moment with our January event. Hubspot was locked, no one was around and we we're going to hold the event outside in freezing weather. So we're shifting and reschedule our event to February. (Everyone who registered and paid for January is automatically registered and paid for February.) The only constant in entrepreneurship is change, shift, and pivot. Yes SHIFT HAPPENS. We're bringing back several of our past featured local startups to share where they are now, what's happened, and what shifts and pivots they've made. We're then going to help them refine their new direction with a problem/opportunity discovery.session. We've invited three of our pat featured local startups, Teris Panateze and Charle Paul of EFynch, Karen McCord of Breezio, and Mike Ratti of Fledge to share their journey from when we last saw them to today and specifically what shifts and pivots they've made or had to make and why. We're then going to hold our Problem Solving Forum to see what our chapter can do to help them progress on their new paths. NOTE: Remember, we've partnered with the great folks at Treble to use their new platform to help our chapter and community better connect with one another using our core values of giving first and helping others. Login to the Treble Network today, download the app and start connecting and granting wishes. See who you might be able to help and who might be able to help you. Our Treble contest ends on March 18th. The member making the most Treble Invites will receive an Amazon Dot. Plus, the member achieving the highest Treble Score within the Startup Grind Columbia group will receive an Amazon Echo. The prize winners will be announced at our March 18th event.
