Join us for a highly educational and inspirational fireside chat with Rick Kohr, CEO of Evergreen Advisors. Rick will share his experiences, successes, failures, and lessons learned as a founder, CEO and Board Advisor for dozens of early stage growth and middle market companies. We're going to focus on the problems, opportunities, and mistakes he sees startups make today and his recommendations for how to avoid them. We'll also feature a local, homegrown Startup in our Problem Solving Forum. The startup will do a brief demo of their product or service and share where they are in their startup journey. They will then describe a problem they're experiencing and seek community input, suggestions, and ideas that may help them solve the problem. Our goal is that the startup receives valuable feedback and resources while the community gets an opportunity to learn, help solve a real business problem, and help a local startup grow. If you know of a local (Columbia, Howard County, or mid-Maryland) startup who may benefit from participating in our Forum, please let us know. We'd love to have them.
