Classic 10 is a virtual business simulation that empowers leaders with a practical toolkit of 10 business models that they can use to make more informed decisions to define and implement their business strategy to increase company profitability. in this two-part, interactive program, you will learn and practice applying two of the Classic 10 business tools to improve the structure of your business decision making resulting in profit maximization. You will:

  • collaborate in a virtual learning environment
  • learn how to use proven business models to better structure your business decision making
  • learn the value chain (part 1) and the profit triangle (part 2)
  • ask key business questions to gather critical decision-making information

The tool can be used by executives, middle managers, or staff to make business decisions that more effectively drive the profitability of your business. The Profit Triangle uses 3 simple variables that can be understood by any level in your organization, yet can be used to gain insightful analysis and drive strategic decisions.  In this workshop, you will learn how to use and practice using the Profit Triangle and can immediately apply the learning in your business.
