David is co-founder and CEO of Treble Network, a new platform that is fundamentally disrupting the traditional business networking paradigm. He's a software executive with over 25 years experience leading multiple Fortune 500 and early stage technology companies specializing in software, hardware and professional services within the CyberSecurity, Software, SaaS, DoD/Intelligence, Data Security and Defense.
He has successfully turned-around under performing businesses, grown technology companies, launched products and services into new markets and improved operations in several industries. He's also raised capital, led M&A transactions and advised CEO's and CFO's on multiple transactions.
David earned his first two degrees from Rensselaer (BS and MS in Applied Mathematics), his second Master's from Johns Hopkins in Electrical Engineering and he graduated with Distinction from the Wharton School, where he earned his MBA. He David lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife and children. He founded and is the current Chairman of the Rensselaer Alumni Network (RAN); cofounded STEMulatingMinds, a STEM non-profit, and performed with and directed two Improv Comedy Troupes. Eric is a partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr here in Baltimore where he has practiced law his entire career. He concentrates his practice in general business and securities law. He chairs the firm’s Private Equity/Venture Capital Practice. In his Private Equity practice, he has represented many companies raising venture capital funding, as well as numerous venture capital, private equity and angel investors. Eric is also active in Maryland's entrepreneurial community and serves on several boards dedicated to building and strengthening this community in Maryland (including the ACG board, where he is the immediate past-president).
He is active in numerous committees of the ABA and the MSBA and previously Chaired the Business Law Section of the MSBA. He is also the principal author of several legal reference books.
He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Law and has lived inside the Baltimore City limits his entire life (something of which he is very proud). He is married to Dr. Diane Orlinsky and they have four children. Golf is his primary business development tool.
