This October month, Startup Grind Costa Rica is re-launching after the chapter started back in 2015 and hosted many great local entrepreneurs. We have the honour of hosting the Minister of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica, Andres Valenciano with opening remarks. Opening speech will be followed by a diverse panel including Vanessa Gibson, Director, Corporate Development & Investment Climate CINDE; Miguel Alvarez, CEO With Robots and Global CTO AnalogFolk Group; Randall Trejos, Impact Lab. We are also celebrating DEI month. DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; 31 days to emphasise the importance of diversity across our global startup ecosystem, and what it means to all of us. We are so excited to take this time to recognize and amplify the voices of leaders in our globally diverse communities, providing a platform for those that may not have been heard previously. While we are proud to uplift and celebrate diverse leaders year-round, #DEIMonth is a unique opportunity for us to highlight just how incredible, capable, and innovative (we could go on forever) leaders who help transform the future. The tech, investor, and startup spaces are radically revolutionary thanks to these leaders, and we want to share that with the world.
