S M Ahbabur Rahman is an HR, OD & Training professional having more than 12 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management, he is now the Deputy General Manager- Human Resources of Pandughar Group. He is also involved in Career Counseling and Management Consultancy. He regularly takes part in different TV, Radio Talk show and Seminar and delivers Career Guideline for the fresher. He is also used to write the column in different Newspaper and Magazines regarding career counseling and different HR issues.

He obtained MBA in HRM from North South University and also completed BA (Hons) in English Literature from Jagannath University. He also completed the certificate course on HRMC (Human Resources Management Competency) from IBA, University of Dhaka. Moreover, he is pursuing LL.B.

S M Ahbabur Rahman has a vast working track record in various organizations like Doreen Power, Madina Group, Super Star Group, Olympic Industries, and Palmal Group.

Mr. Ahbab obtained “HR Guru Award” from Stamford University, Bangladesh. He is also involved with different Professional Associations like; Fellow Member of BSHRM (Bangladesh Society for Management), Executive Member of North South University EMBA Forum, Member of IBA MDP Alumni Association and also Founder Member of HR Club Bangladesh.
