Early in his career Nick successfully completed a two-year management rotational program at Cintas Corporation and went on to serve as a key Operations leader within the company. From there, Nick worked for an executive search division of the world’s fifth largest employer (Adecco Group North America). Eventually, he was recruited to join NouvEON, a startup technology consulting firm where he led Operations and Talent Acquisition, and stayed on during the acquisition and merger of what today is Pactera – China’s largest IT outsourcing & technology consulting firm. Currently, Nick is the CEO of ecomdash - a startup, ecommerce software as-a service company that automates inventory for small businesses selling online. Nick holds a MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a firm believer in healthy living and the Cleveland Browns.
