David Fisher and his partners John Slaughenhaupt and Eric Lundgren broke into the restaurant business in 1994 when they opened bw-3 Buffalo Wild Wings on Brown Street near the University of Dayton. Despite being young (fresh out of college) and with truly no restaurant experience, David, John and Eric with the help of a dedicated team were able to grow to an 18-unit restaurant company by 2011. After selling their 15 Buffalo Wild Wings, the team shifted their focus to the Milano’s brand they had acquired in 2002. Not wanting to slow down, the group added R Taco to their plate in 2017 and just recently signed an area development agreement to open 13 R Taco’s throughout Central and Southern Ohio.

David is a graduate of The Ohio State University. David enjoys serving on the board for Learning Tree Farms and His Hope Teen Challenge. He has served on multiple boards at and through Aileron over the years. He is a member of Zion Lutheran Church where he serves on church council and teaches the high school Sunday School Class. David and his wife Amy have 6 children and live in the Miamisburg area.
