As the Executive Director of VentureOhio, Falon is committed to bringing people together to create a collaborative and resourceful statewide entrepreneurial ecosystem that allows high-potential companies in Ohio to grow and prosper without leaving the state. Prior to accepting her role at VentureOhio, Falon spent seven years in business development with a focus on startups, and nine years in the Ohio Air National Guard. She has a passion for helping passionate people, her dog Mischa, and music.
