Corner Kitchen was founded by Natalie and Jack Skilliter, a husband and wife team, in 2015. It is the incarnation of their personal style, sensibility, and taste. This "finer diner" showcases their passion for flavor, their commitment to excellence, and their genuine dedication to community. 

Yet they say opening a restaurant is one of the toughest businesses to start. Natalie and Jack know this journey well. From long hours and late nights to hands-on management, coordinating dozens of details, crafting the right dining experience and working with their spouse, they will share their story of opening and growing Corner Kitchen in Dayton's Oregon District.

AND it's Female Founder month. Whether you're a female founder,  you want to get into the food business, or you are working in your family's business, our May will have loads of insight to share.
