Nancy is a seasoned entrepreneurial leader who has a history of transforming & growing organizations of all sizes.

Nancy has served in roles of CEO, President, COO, CMO, CSO and Board Member in professional services and technology organizations throughout her career. She first got involved in the startup ecosystem in Cincinnati as one of the first members of Main Street Ventures. Main Street Ventures provided co-working space and mentorship to startups in the early 2000s. It was the catalyst for the formation of Queen City Angels, CincyTech and several years later, the brandery.

In its’ early days, Nancy was an instrumental leader at Cintrifuse as the COO and Interim CEO, developing the Customer Connections, Funding Connections and Talent Connections programs, as well as spearheading the development of the Membership program and opening of Union Hall. She is an angel investor, an advocate, advisor, and board member. Nancy is currently a co-Founder and COO at iReportsource and a co-founder of a Customer Acquisition Accelerator Bootcamp, where she teaches other entrepreneurs how to drive growth in today’s digital world.
