Brad Doudican is the President of Advantic, a Dayton company disrupting the construction industry. Advantic makes it easy for builders to take advantage of composite materials when traditional construction materials create construction and maintenance challenges. Brad has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University and has evolved his expertise in structural engineering into an opportunity to lead one of our region's most innovative and exciting new companies.
