Every May, Startup Grind Dayton joins more than 600 chapters around the world to feature incredible Female Founders on the Startup Grind stage during #sgwomen month. ​This year, we're hosting Joni Fedders, President of Aileron, a non-profit organization with the goal of helping private-business owners like you find greater success. 

In her role as President, Joni oversees Aileron’s strategic direction, culture, and operational activities. Her leadership and energy inspire and motivate the Aileron team and the community as they strive to raise the quality of life, one private business at a time. At Aileron, business owners, presidents, and CEOs take classes on leadership, business culture, strategy, advisory board development, and transition planning. One of the country’s preeminent think tanks, the campus is credited for improving countless businesses across the country.

At our May 9 event, Joni will talk about an important topic relevant to all entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders - the stories we tell - and will challenge the true vs. truths we tell about ourselves and our business.
