David Gasper is a serial software entrepreneur. His first venture was Gasper Corporation, a software company that created availability management software for ATMs that became the world leader in the ATM software industry. In 1999, David sold Gasper Corporation to NCR and to this day his product line remains the leader in the industry.
David’s latest venture, Assisted Patrol, provides unique, specialized electronic theft apprehension products for police departments and law enforcement agencies to combat electronic theft.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis (QBA) from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Ernst and Young named him “1998 Entrepreneur of the Year” (high technology category) in Dayton, Ohio.
David is an active promoter, advisor and investor in entrepreneur activities throughout the Dayton area including being:
