Our great speakers: Kira Rudyk and Lena Khlevnaya

Kira Rudyk is Ring Ukraine’s Chief Executive Officer. She has overseen Ring Ukraine's entire development, in 2016 Kira made her first hire and since then scaled the office to over 1,000 team members while making Ring Ukraine one of the best companies to work for in Ukraine.

Ring Ukraine is a product company, creating state-of-the-art smart home security systems and has proudly joined the Amazon family in 2018.

Kira is engaged in numerous civic and business organizations. She serves on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and IT Ukraine Association. Kira also belongs to the 2018 Stanford Executive Program for Women Leaders, is a frequent speaker at large conferences throughout her county and serves on the panel at Ukraine House of Davos alongside many other world leaders.

Through her leadership, Kira has become an inspiration to her team members and business community. She is proud to lead the rise of a new generation of powerful female leaders in Ukraine.

Prior to Ring Ukraine, she co-founded a number of successful businesses all of which fulfilling her mission to change Ukraine’s global perception and positioning Ukraine as one of the driving forces in the world for innovation in frontier technologies.

Kira earned a Master's Degree in computer science at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, one of the top universities in Ukraine.

Lena Khlevnaya is Managing Partner at FISON and CEO of SportLab.ai

The FISON investment fund finances machine learning, BigData & AI startups.

SportLab.AI is an AI-based service for smart gamblers. It analyzes diverse factors regarding upcoming sports events and calculates the probability of outcomes.

Lena is a mentor of several projects, helping them to enter foreign markets and find funding.

One of the founders of the civil organization Dnipro Smart City.

She is engaged in the development of domestic portfolio projects.

Successfully promoting Ukrainian startups in the Chinese market.
