MACE FOODS is a large scale producer of dehydrated spices, vegetables, herbs and some collateral products for export. She is popularly known in Uasin Gishu as ‘Maggie Pilipili’ because of dealing with chilies.Maggie Pilipili is passionate about agribusiness and its value chain. She has extended her market to Europe and has an office in Germany;Mace Foods is the market leader, in Europe, of African Bird’s Eye chilies, premium grade, a top product for high quality conscious customers. Projects that have been implemented by Mace Foods include;Production and marketing of dried vegetables, spices and herbs and Commercialisation of African Birds Eye chilli; both on behalf of USAID-Kenya Horticultural Development Program (Fintrac)
