Xavier Sánchez, Co-founder & CEO of Sandwichez started his company in 2010 together with his wife, Maria Àngles Bosser. Both Xavier and his wife are ESADE graduates and did their MBA at Harvard. 

Before creating Sandwichez, Xavier worked at Viena as the CEO. However, as Xavier was longing to chase his dream of becoming an entrepreneur he set up Sandwichez.  

Currently the company is 10 years old and has 250 employees with 26 cafe's in the area of Barcelona.
