Fatima Omer is the Founder and the current Managing Director of Papaya Creative Group. The first of its kind in Somaliland, which offers 360-degree marketing and communication services ranging from strategy development to advertising. She has under her belt 17 years of successful experience in Marketing, Advertising and Communications. She has worked with many of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world, companies such as Google Canada, Facebook Canada and many more.

She obtained Bachelor degree in Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing, minoring in Business Law and Communications. Fatima is also Certified International Business Communicator and a Certified Project Manager. She began her first company at the young age of 21 and realized she was destined to be an entrepreneur in this field, this gave her the opportunity and opened up the doors for her to help global businesses reach top tier level while gaining experience in various industries and sectors.

Moving to Somaliland five years ago her goal is to share all that experience with Somaliland market., Fatima is passionate about encouraging Somaliland’s youth to reach their potential and empowering women around her. She is determined to not only drive change but to create it. Utilizing her valuable knowledge and unique experiences, she plans to carve a new path in the Marketing sphere of Somaliland.
