Dave is Head of Product Development at TINYpulse, whose mission is to Make Employees Happier with a focus on empowering leaders with tools that take lightweight input from employees which transforms into rich, actionable data. They currently service over 500 companies world wide

He had a mixed bag of experiences including:

• Small Retail - owned a small 1000 square foot retail store selling tennis goods for 2 years
  
• Promotions/Marketing - Ran a part time promotions group specializing in night club events and restaurant promotions for about 7 years
  
• 4.5 Years at Microsoft doing Project Management with large scale database projects
  
• 9 Years Self employed managing a website development company
