Building a startup community is not a simple overnight task. It takes years, hard work, and community involvement.
Being a community builder isn’t an easy job yet everybody still wants to become one, especially in Vietnam.
Startup activities are a great start, but a real community will define your long-term prosperity.
First, let us first define what a community builder is. A community builder is a person or an organization proactively leverages their time and resources to support the development of a specific group of people sharing the same values. In our case, it’s a group of people who believe startups are key drivers of disruptive innovation that can change the world.
To help you learn more about how to build a strong startup community, this August, we are excited to introduce our special guest - Elliott Adams, Author of The Startup Mixtape to share with our #SGSaigon community about his experience in community builder and how to be a successful startup community builder!
