Jeff’s first gig in Vietnam was way back in 2008 as the Tax Director at Ernst & Young Vietnam. He then moved on to KPMG Vietnam before becoming the Finance Director at Microsoft Vietnam LLC.

Having been in Vietnam for 10 years, Jeff has witnessed first-hand the nascent startup scene in Vietnam. Yet, he still sees even experienced entrepreneurs being stopped dead in their tracks because of accounting and legal problems.

Jeff will also share about Microsoft's culture of "people transformation," which has allow them to continuously reinvent themselves and stay ahead in this new age of agile innovation.
