Vi is always passionate about new business ideas and a very proactive member of the burgeoning startup scene in Vietnam. She is deeply involved in activities to help grow the Vietnam Creative industry. After graduating from Lasalle University, the top art school in Singapore, Vi worked as a graphic designer, interactive artist, and web project manager before returning to Vietnam in 2011 to start her own creative agency, BCA Studio. The company was acquired by an Angel Investor in 2012, and Vi continues to work as the managing director, growing the company by 200 percent year over year, and servicing clients from Singapore, the UK, Korea, and Vietnam. The BCA office was featured as one of the top 10 most beautiful startup offices in Saigon by TechinAsia magazine.

In 2015, Vi co-founded a new venture called CAN Group specializing on app development.
