Prior to starting Spacious he worked in banking technology for 11 years focused on building high performance software for various trading desks within the Equities business. Asif started his career as a graduate programmer and over the course of 11 years I moved through the ranks into management as a senior director. Spacious is an easy to use, fast and customer centric property platform for Hong Kong. By using proprietary analytics and rich neighbourhood guides they are trying to create a better front to back experience for both renters and buyers in the Hong Kong property market. In 2015 Spacious received $3M to expand its property portal across Asia.
