Between 2012-2016 as project manager in architectural office and construction sites during winter periods; During the summer he worked as excavation architect in the archaeological excavations of Hattusha and Kultepe. She imagined developing a system based on the integration problem between land surveying and documentation work and office work. She studied entrepreneurship at institutions such as ITU Ginova and Endavor. In October 2016, he started to work as a research assistant at Yasar University. In January 2017, he started to work in the Minerva Incubation Centers of the ITÜ Çekirdek and Yasar University with the supervision of Haluk Nalbantoglu of the Industrial Design Designer Eli Bensusan and his team of Electronics and Communication Engineering students. By taking data from the field measurement devices to the Autocad interface, they started to develop a digital and ergonomic platform that can process simultaneously. With the software engineering students included in the team, TÜSIAD has business with this youth! This idea was a semifinals. Under the guidance of Sükrü Ünlütürk, a rapid prototype was produced. Business idea was developed with ITU Core trainings and mentoring supports. Selin resigned from the position of research assistant and founded FieldTech Engineering Design Company in February 2018 with the support of TÜBITAK 1512. Since May 2018 KOSGEB R & D and Innovation encouragement project is being developed, the employee Ergo-Field demo of product, Panasonic, Trimble products such as the world's giant companies are introduced in various platforms. International patent registration and investment is in progress. The company continues its activities at the Minerva Izmir.
