Congress has responded to the Coronavirus Pandemic to help individuals and businesses in the United States of America with the recent passage of the CARES ACT 2020. Congressman AL Lawson, 5th District Congressional District, will share with us specific details on the "HOW" small businesses plan, prepare, and execute to apply for the 375 billions in the CARES ACT 2020.

About this event

Our news media and the white house press conferences has been communicating to Americans of this stimulus relief for individual and businesses.  However, every business is at different stages and different industries and really need to have the section of the CARES Act Division A: Small Business Disruption Loans and Division B: Relief for Individuals, Families, and Business.  Congressman Lawson was very instrumental serving the House Financial Services Committee and the House Agriculture Committee to ensure individuals and small businesses and nonprofits received the necessary funding.  This Virtual Lunch and Learn Fireside Chat to dispell the myths of questions of small businesses of the pros and cons for applying for CARES ACT 2020.
