Mrs. Olubunmi Esther Okonoda is the MD/CEO of Bufoles Global Concepts Ltd a retail clothing Organization trading as Bufoles Collections in Jos. 

She is a fashion stylist, image and style coach and convener of Rencontre de Style 1.0 and 2.0 a styling event to help professional and business women improve their image and style.

She is also currently the Head, Col. John Ekperare French Language Centre of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos.

She has 15 years experience teaching french language to policy makers and adult learners at large.

Mrs. Okonoda also has over 10 years Business management experience. She is a Director at Netwealth Consult; a Management Consulting firm where she has facilitated Workshops and Seminars on Peak Performance, Handling difficult customers, time and stress management, 80/20 pareto principle, goal setting for female entrepreneurs amongst others.

Mrs. Okonoda has attended various Leadership and Management Seminars and Workshop like Supervisory Management, Work Planning, Strategic and Staff Control at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University, Mastering the Business of your Talent by the Steve Harris Company and Leading in the Market Place Seminar by Fela Durotoye and Lanre Olusola.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration, Fellow Institute of Management Consultants, Certified Management Consultant and also a member French Teachers Association of Nigeria.
