Mr. Zabihullah Ziarmal, who is the CEO of Cefe Group International and the Founding Member and First Vice-Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce in Afghanistan, has brought a diversified academic and professional experience within the context of Afghanistan as well as at the International level.

Mr. Ziarmal is the founder and President of Cefe Group in Afghanistan that was established back in 2005 as a small-scale consultancy firm but during the last twelve years smart working and pursuing the bigger vision ahead of the company, the CEFE team lead by Mr. Ziarmal could expanded and diversified the Cefe Group Business to become a mid-size International Company, currently operating in multiple economic sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering, Logistics & Transportation, Training & Consulting and Armoring Services.

In terms of academic background, he has a Master’s Degree in the field of Public Policy and Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Civil Engineering from the Kabul Polytechnic University. He has also attended many short and midterm specialized oversee training and education programs during the past ten years of his career development. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctorate Program in the field of International Business in Walden University, USA.
