Adi is the President and Co-founder at opendorse, a sports technology company that helps athletes share content on social. He is passionate about leadership, people, and translating traction into lasting growth. Adi has experience leading tech startups all the way up to 75+ employee marketing agencies.

Before starting opendorse, Adi was CEO of Hurrdat, a social media marketing agency he co-founded with his business partner, Blake Lawrence, in 2010. In his time as CEO he helped Hurrdat grow from five to twenty-five employees in less than 18 months. Adi's vision for building a culture driven by people helped his agency win back-to-back ‘Best Place to Work’ awards. As a result of Hurrdat's rapid growth and niche service offering, the company was eventually acquired by digital marketing agency, B2Interactive, in the summer of 2014. Adi helped lead the merger’s integration of people, processes and overall structure.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Adi’s world revolved around sports. He was a four-year starter at the University of Nebraska, where he set a number of college football records as a kickoff specialist. Upon graduating, he spent a year and half playing in the NFL, initially landing an active roster spot with the Carolina Panthers, and later spending time with the Denver Broncos practice team. After months of trying to balance football and entrepreneurship, he decided to end his pursuit of an NFL career to focus strictly on growing his businesses.

While he’s no longer an athlete, he gets to continue his involvement with sports through opendorse. With a growing network of over 4,000 athletes worldwide, opendorse has executed more than three thousand campaigns, and has partnerships with some of the biggest properties in sports including the NFLPA, WTA, PGA TOUR, and the UFC.
