Nnamdi will be sharing insights on how to see technology as a veritable tool to upscale and push your businesses to the frontier.


Nnamdi Richards is a technology and waste management enthusiast. He studied at the University of Port Harcourt, where he obtained a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering in 2012. He was active in the Land transportation sector at all stages between 2012 and 2017.

In August 2016, The Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osibanjo launched the Google Digital Skills project officially in Nigeria. Mind The Gap Innovation Hub (as lead trainers on the then called Digital Skills for Africa program), recruited passionate Nigerian youths to digitize their communities. Nnamdi Richards seized the opportunity, registered and got trained as a certified Google Digital Skills for Africa trainer. Between February 2017 and January 2018, he served as TeamLead, Kogi State and Supervisor; Adamawa State. These saw him help train youths across several states in the country on various projects on Google Digital Skills, G – Suite for Business and G –Suite for Education. Notable amongst them was for The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (OSSAP – SDGS), The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and Gombe State Ministry of Education.

He has trained youths in several states namely; Adamawa, Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Benue, Bayelsa, Edo, Gombe, Imo, Kogi, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Niger, Rivers and The FCT. He currently serves as South South Nigeria, Zonal Coordinator of Mind The Gap Innovation Hub.

Nnamdi Richards also runs an Internet Network Solutions Providing firm; Exsuntra Solutions LTD, with its headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This was established in 2010 with two of his school mates in the University of Port Harcourt. To help business and organizations optimize their internet network infrastructure. Exsuntra Solutions LTD has grown to become a vendor to a major ISP in Nigeria and its clientele cuts across Government Institutions, Oil Servicing Companies, Academia and SMEs.

He loves to travel, inspire communities, learn new languages, create wealth and is passionate about waste management. This he does through their foundation, Exsuntra Tend Foundation: empowering communities through technology.
