Deon Stokes, MBA, is a serial entrepreneur and offers more than 15 years of experience as the Founder/CEO of Joint Effort a Forensic Marketing Agency, the Founder and Visionary of the podcast and web series The Failure Report, Co-Host of the podcast Leading In Color with Marta Miranda Straub, the tech developer of Pivot, a Professional Wellness Marketplace - powered by Google and the curator of The Ambition Planner, a daily planner for entrepreneurs and professionals of faiths. After 13 years as a political manager and strategist, Deon retired to focus her time and attention on her purpose - helping women thrive.

Meet Deon

She started her career in Alabama politics, managing candidates from local government, U.S. Congress, and Senators. Upon retirement, she focused on solving the biggest problem in business - how to start a successful business, how to grow that business, and how to Make More Money.

After losing 100% of her marketing companies clients in just 13 days due to COVID she decided to use the quiet space to fully develop The Ambition Planner. Although Deon is proud of the 100s of women she supported over her 15 + years in marketing she has no idea that in less than 1 year of owning The Ambition Planner she would have helped 1,000s of women get organized, create realistic goals, and achieve their most ambitious dreams.

Fearless, passionate, and a “professional failure” are just a few words often used to describe Deon’s rose-colored view of life.
