Meet LydiaLydia Henshaw is a health-tech Founder, Advisor, Investor and Chief Product Officer of Mindfully, a product-lead mental health company improving mental health for all stages of life, from children to senior citizens. She is the former CEO & Founder of Resolv, a Louisville-based startup that uses tech to connect teens and young adults with practical, relatable mental health support delivered by Certified Peer Support Specialists. Resolv was acquired by Mindfully in April of 2022. Prior to founding Resolv, Lydia was the Head of Product at Alchemy (a Proctor & Gamble company), the Founder of SowOrganic, a SaaS company that automates the process of organic food certification (successfully acquired in 2017), and continues to be a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about building and scaling solutions that improve people’s lives.
