Bayo is a leading private sector development expert with over 22 years experience managing and implementing international development programmes. He has been at the forefront of numerous private enterprise programmes in the UK, Central & Eastern Europe as well as in sub-Saharan Africa. He managed ENABLE another DFID funded programme in Nigeria and also coordinated the Nigeria Investment Climate Programme at the World Bank. He also served as the UK representative on the board of the Centre for Development of Enterprise (CDE), in Brussels.
