David Kombe is the founder and CEO of Blackdot Media and chairman of Mulundu Holdings. Blackdot Media (formerly D & C Saatchi & Saatchi) is an award winning advertising and media agency with international affiliation to the Publicis Group of France. Mulundu Holdings, a family enterprise, is the majority shareholder of African Grey Insurance and also has subsidiaries in manufacturing, PR and branding.

David is chairman of Prima Reinsurance Plc, the first re-insurance company in Zambia, which was listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange with a capital of K30 million. David served as Senior Private Secretary and Chief Analyst for Press and Public Relations to late President Levy Mwanawasa.
